WAPAKONETA, OHIO (WLIO) - A Lima man was killed Tuesday night in a crash on I-75 outside of Wapakoneta, which started as a possible road rage incident. 44-year-old David Shutt of Lima died at the scene of the crash on I-75 near the rest area between Wapakoneta and Cridersville.
