Frank Raymond LaPena, also known as Frank LaPeña and by his Wintu name Tauhindauli[1] (1937 – 2019), [2][3] was a Nomtipom- Wintu American Indian painter, printmaker, ethnographer, professor, ceremonial dancer, poet, and writer.
