The Marin County's Community Development Agency makes grant funds available only to eligible nonprofit agencies and local governments. We do not fund individuals or families. Marin County will receive about $1.3 million in CDBG funds this year.

Marin County can only issue certificates for marriage licenses purchased in Marin, regardless of where the ceremony took place. Requests for public marriage certificates are processed by the Marin County Recorder.
