I just picked up an X-70 as well as the wide-angle converter, and have the external viewfinder on the way. The WCL-X70 seems well built and feels nicely balanced on the camera, but definitely changes the handling away from that of a compact camera.

Jun 10, 2020 · The WCL-X70 works well on the X100-series. I feel that 28mm isn't different enough from 35mm. But with 26mm the difference in focal length is significant enough.

May 29, 2020 · It is optically superb, a tad larger than the WCL X100, (very similar shape to the TCL X100), and comes with a rubber lens hood. It does add a bit of weight, spoils the sleek lines of the X100 but gives that extra bit of width when needed.
