Mar 26, 2019 · There is a new rumor that a remake of Wario Land VB was really planned to be released for Nintendo 3DS in 2019. This remake comes to Nintendo Switch instead during 2020/2021. Nintendo has filed trademarks for Wario Land (VB) in 2017 (Wario Land VB) and 2018 (Wario Land). Let's hope!! Links:

Jun 25, 2023 · Whether it'll be on the switch or the next console I'm not sure but the next console will surely release first with all the games we're getting right now. Considering two Mario series spin offs got remakes Wario Land is more likely to get some kinda remake than a whole new game. But I doubt Wario Land game are first on the list.

Mar 26, 2019 · It sounds like we will get a Wario Land Shake it Remake and there seems to be a brand new game in early production if we trust him: 'Wario Land VB Remake project is dead since the studio bankrupt, Wario Land franchise is now again in Good Feel hands with a game early in production for Switch, also Wario land Shake HD for Switch is on the table.'

Jan 6, 2025 · Then there's the possibility of a Wario Land game (or any Wario platformer for that matter). And I think it could potentially happen, it could be great idea to release the big 3D Mario game as launch title and release a 2D platformer along side it.

Jan 16, 2025 · Nintendo Switch 2 needs a new Wario Land game. And just admit it, if Wario World would been well made, you would wanted a new Wario World videogame. That means if a new Wario World videogame is well made, you will like it like Wario World 1 would been if Wario World 1 would been like a very good videogame.

Finally some more Wario to the library, and it's the arguably the most iconic game in the series too ! "Time to do another playthorugh of it.".... is what I would have said if I was willing to spend €50 on the some GBA games. However I am not so guess I'll stick to playing it on 3DS... still cool to see Wario Land being somewhat relevant.

Jan 12, 2025 · The Yoshi series has been dormant for six years, the DK series for 11 years, and the Wario Land series for 17 years. I think every series will eventually come to Switch 2. The most likely one is DK. Nintendo has been clearly promoting DK recently, creating a dedicated theme park at Universal Studios Japan and developing merchandise.
