Introduced in the Closed Beta Test for Ground Forces before Update 1.41, the Panzer III E variant is a basic medium tank that looks a lot like the Panzer III B variant. It was mounted with the same 37 mm Kampfwagenkanone (KwK) 36 L/46.5 tank gun.

Introduced in the Closed Beta Test for Ground Forces before Update 1.41, the Panzer III L is armed with the same long-barrelled 50 Kampfwagenkanone (KwK) 39 mm L/60 tank gun as the preceding Panzer III J1, but it also has 20 mm spaced armour on the front of the turret and hull.

This is a Panzer III, upgraded to carry a short 75 mm KwK37 cannon, which can also be found on a number of Panzer IV variants, as mounting the infamous long variant of the 75 mm gun failed, so a compromise was made.

Weak points are MG port, turret cheeks, and a small flat area just below the turret. Below the gun barrel, the armor is flat and you can disable the gun breech.
