The ser. # is 812252, it has a clip release in the bottom of the grip, and the holster has the ser. # stamped on it, there is an eagle with the swastica in the circle and the stampes on the pp look like a crown with the letter n under it. The stocks (grip panels) appear to be brown checkered plastic with the Walther logo on each panel. The holster is black leather (no markings inside or out) and two magazines with Walther logo on the left side and PP 7,65 m/m under the logo.

Apr 5, 2014 · We know mine PP was made in Nov 1952. That there was about 1500 PP made by the time mine was made. Manurhin/Walther was allocating a block of 10,000 s/n per year. There obliviously wasn't 10,000 made the first year of only 3 months. Yet there was a new allocation of 20000 to 30000 for the 1953 production year.
