Nov 10, 2015 · The horn has polarity so you need to attach the power to the correct side. The simplest thing you could probably do is to run a wire of the appropriate gauge from the battery to the switch then back down to the horn and then back to the battery.

Apr 16, 2008 · It's easy. You can run them off the charging circuit (DC). You also have all the wiring for duel element headlight and taillight bulbs on the 450. ie Hi/Lo headlight and brake light. Just need to add the switches and connect it all up. It's very simple to make the WR road legal.

Dec 9, 2012 · Go to this site and get a manual, it will give you the wiring diags etc and make your job much easier. I looked it up on my bikes manual and these items are on different fuse lines so I am buggered too. You may have some poor earths, that could cause your problem. Sep 30, 2014 · In a pinch, you could rig the wires to bypass it but only for the short term. Most horn buttons are a switch to ground, meaning there should never be power at the wire going to the bar. The other wire going to the horn should be 'hot' all the time tha main power is one.
