Mar 24, 2012 · WaMu is now Chase. Good luck with them. My experience with Chase is make sure you get everything in writing. I settled an account with them and afterwards they tried to tear my credit up. I am still trying (when I have time, they are on the bottom of the to do list) to change how they report the account.
