I think it depends a lot on the condition and use of the car, in terms of broken plastic bits. My W212 doesn't have anything broken, just the surface peeling on some of the buttons. In regards to the faded trim, that was an issue with the UV protection film on the Burr Walnut trim - other materials don't have that issue.
