Goku wasn’t shaking the nothingness of the void, the space was filled with his ki which he was shaking. The feat is impressive because ki in db = stronk and the void is much larger than our observable universe so there.

How did Goku shake the Void realm? So, Goku shook the entire void realm itself just from powering up to his new form. This is an infinite void (still has space time since Hit can use time skip and they can keep time in the realm for the tourney).
