You need Mod Menu. With that just go to Mods > Void Fog > Settings to customise.

This is an update and port/rewrite of Tamaized's Void Fog (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/void-fog) for Fabric and Minecraft 1.14 (and beyond). Just like the original, this modbrings back the void fog of versions prior to Minecraft 1.8 with some slight changes.

This mod simply readds the Void Fog that was removed in Minecraft 1.8. This is a client side only mod, meaning you do not place it onto dedicated servers.
