Vile, known as VAVA (ヴァヴァ) in Japan, is a major antagonist in the Mega Man X series. Formerly an SA-Class Maverick Hunter, he always had violent tendencies and was eager to participate in Sigma 's rebellion, becoming an infamous Maverick with a grudge against X.

Vile V, known as VAVA V (read as ヴァヴァ ペンテ VAVA Pente[1][2][3]) in Japan, is a form of Vile appearing in Mega Man X8. Although the circumstances of his revival since Mega Man X3 are left a mystery, this Vile joins the Maverick new generation Reploids in hijacking the Jakob Project and wreaking havoc.

As for the fourth encounter, after beating all the bosses and beating vile at the Jakob elevator, he will show up in Noah's Park (in the area where you normally fight the bees).

Is there any specific criteria to manipulate Vile into showing up in the Maverick stages or is it just random? If it's just random, does anyone know the likelihood of it happening? I'm trying to get an achievement on the Legacy Collection for fighting Vile four times.
