Also, I almost exclusively play Asia, the Pacific, & Africa (with the occasional exception of the UK & the near/middle east). Usually HPM, HFM, & TGC: not many actually change.

Oct 14, 2018 · I'd recommend getting rid of RGO size altogether, frankly, since many of the places with the smallest RGOs are major cities, and the unemployment caused by capping RGO leads to counter-historical migrations of masses of workers fleeing the city to work in the countryside mining coal or fishing.

Jan 24, 2021 · You can change it in continental scope.go to Victoria 2/map/continent.txt. if you search north America, you can see the rgo size for all the provinces defined in north america. You can copy the line and edit to the continent you wish to change. Common/event_modifer. Add a new modifier for rgo size.
