The lack of overwrite in Vortex is also something I cherish, since if a mod generates some files and doesn't specify the output path, they almost always stay in that mod's virtual folder. It's neat and elegant. What I miss from MO2 however is the ability to search files. Let's say that your game crashes and the log points you to a broken mesh.

I run over 500 mods for Skyrim with no issues. I organize my mods in collections, tweak load order for critical plugins using groups, and I avoid over constraining mods.
