Oct 7, 2021 · It's supposed to be the ideal gi created for Goku by an angel. Vegeta had no reason to swap back because Whis mentioned that Bulma made the grey suit and new armor for Vegeta so "there's some sentimental attachment."

The 2nd symbol on Goku’s Gi is one given to him by King Kai after he trains with him in the otherworld, in anticipation of Vegeta and Nappa invading. After Goku wears out his old Gi training, King Kai gives him a brand new Gi with his symbol on it.

Using his superior speed, Whis playfully draws his symbol (which is actually his signature) on an opponents clothing or body with a permanent marker. During the Golden Frieza Saga, Whis uses this technique to draw his symbol on Vegeta's Battle Armor and Goku's Gi.

Nov 26, 2019 · I don't think there ARE Whis Symbol outfits for Custom Mentors... I think they mean the presets for Base Goku and Vegeta where they wear the Whis symbol outfits. If that's the case it's the Eternal Rivals PQ, which is PQ 76.
