Vayetze, Vayeitzei, or Vayetzei (וַיֵּצֵא ‎—Hebrew for "and he left," the first word in the parashah) is the seventh weekly Torah portion (פָּרָשָׁה ‎, parashah) in the annual Jewish cycle of Torah reading.

The name of the Parshah, "Vayetze," means "And he left" and it is found in Genesis 28:10. Jacob leaves his hometown of Beersheba and journeys to Charan.
