Aiger Akabane. Aiger is very strong. He competes with the legends even though he came out in season 3. He ends up beating Phi, Valt, and Shu, but never takes down Free. He would be placed higher if he had better character development. I also strongly believe that he would never have beaten any legend if it wasn't for plot armor.

Most of that is supposition. There's no proof Valt was challenging Aiger to title matches between each season gap. Ultimately we know Valt is the stronger blader as has already been confirmed multiple times. There's also the fact that Valt holds top rank on the world, not Aiger.
