Vale (Japanese: メイ, Mei) is a Rare Blade in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. She can grant tremendous power to her Drivers, Rex, Nia, Zeke or Mòrag, and their allies. Vale uses the dark element, wields a Megalance, and acts as a Attacker in battle.

Feb 25, 2018 · Day 24: Vale, our resident Edgelord! She’s a Dark ATK blade and uses a megalance in battle. She gives her driver a 15% Ether stat modifier. This isn’t really useful unless her driver has a bitball or an ether cannon equipped as well. I wish her and Herald’s (15% Strength) were switched tbh. It makes more sense to me.

Vale's pretty great when you're using her, but the AI will not take advantage of her stacking damage modifier, which basically all but renders her useless on them.
