Higher end sports cars etc are desinged from the ground up to ride and handle well so they can specify exactly how stiff/soft things are. Dec 19, 2006 · I have a 1999 V Reg VW Lupo 1.4 16v and think its a great little car. Only one problem, im having idle speed issues. The problem is that when i come up to a junction and sometimes when i am driving at low speeds the engine cuts out and the battery light comes on. When the car is just stationary and idling the rpm fluctuates approx 400 - 800 rpm.
