Build plan: Model 3 Small rear drive unit Model 3 standard range (50kw) battery pack with shorter modules EV Controls T-2C motor and battery controller. I am finishing up the motor mounts this week. I will post some pics when it's in!

Feb 6, 2015 · Should be coming into some Thundersky 90 Ah batteries (about a ~30 kWh pack), and an Azure Dynamics AC55 motor soon. Since we are working on another conversion project on a little Austin Healey Sprite (build thread coming soon!) I'm thinking the AC55 is better suited to the Doka, and we'll use the Remy/Reinhart for the Sprite.

Jan 19, 2020 · Dont really have a good data point for the miles/brush wear. The motor was used with supposedly new brushes when first installed and has been used in a S10 (untracked miles) and now a VW Doka (aro 3000 miles) but looking to replace them with ones with insulated wires to avoid a repeat of the frame short problem.

Jul 21, 2019 · I have a Zilla 1k motor controller with hairball along with a dual warp 9 motor package. The motor setup was designed by EVWest and was used in a Baja race car. It comes with extra belt and the adapter for the Chevy transmission that was used by EVWest as well as a VW/Porsche 901 transmission adapter.
