Dec 25, 2022 · These are just my personal favorites now so feel free to make your own list and share. I usually like different and weird worlds so my list may have some oddities. I tried to keep things organized the best I could but it is a big list. I run VRChat on PC, so experiences may vary based on what hardware you run.

Modification of any part of the VRChat client or SDK. Discussion of modifications is discouraged, any naming of clients or discussions of their usage is not allowed. Cheats, cracks, bots & exploiting bugs in the client or SDK. Disrupting or interference with the experience of VRChat users, including disruption of VRChat servers.

All 3 do more or less the same thing. DPS was the first and only works with it's own shader. Causes the DPS object to look different due to being different shaders.

The links being directly available from the world means that VRChat hosted links to copyrighted content which makes them liable. Offsetting the links to a third party that does not exist on VRChat servers avoids that. Inserting a link into a video player in VRChat does not go through VRChat servers.

Dec 21, 2022 · If vrchat took copyrighted avatars seriously and removed as much as they could, i imagine a big part of the community wouldn’t be interested in playing anymore I have wondered about this before, a chunk might leave, but the vast majority I believe would stay.

I have hundreds of hours in vrchat using a ready player me avatar because all the male avatars are crap. I've never seen a male avatar I wanted to clone. It's frustrating. I would definitely pay for a masculine avatar that wasn't an eboy, furry, video game import, or anime styled.

Mar 28, 2024 · You assume it's NSFW. The creator could very well have moved on to another platform and didn't want to leave their stuff in VRchat. I know that was happening at EAC launch. Or maybe it's mass DMCA take downs. There are so many reasons they could be taken down and speculating and blaming NSFW and VRChat just because a hunch doesn't help.
