Region III represents members from the states of Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. Our vision is to be the most respected safety and health association through the innovation and advancement of the Voluntary Protection Programs.

The VPP logo is the property of OSHA and is not available for general use. Since the logo was developed to help identify and promote the VPP, OSHA must ensure that the use of the logo remains consistent and does not diminish program integrity.

In VPP, management, labor, and OSHA work cooperatively and proactively to prevent fatalities, injuries, and illnesses through a system focused on: hazard prevention and control; worksite analysis; training; and management commitment and worker involvement.
