You should put the hub into modem mode, connect only the Eero in router mode to it and connect the switch to the Eero. Now connect NAS to switch and it will work. You can run anything else off the switch.

Connect to the Hub 3 and scroll down below the Password dialogue & click on "Check router status". The usual process would be to contact a work college and inform them your laptop has been lost or replaced

Works well - it meshes with the wifi in my office now seamlessly as well as improving wifi throughout the house. Just to confirm the powerline is connected to computer but this powerline also is a wifi router

VM will not offer any support around VPN's of any kind. Just use modem mode, a decent router and move on. It's really not worth it, there are better things to do in life.

My question is can I access the hub to turn wifi on and off wirelessly or do I need to connect a computer to the hub via an Ethernet cable as VM state ? I can access my Sky router wirelessly to do this so would be hoping to do the same with the VM hub 3.
