The supplier will be providing these upgrades to 4,000 of OPAP’s machines, which will include the global launch of the Valor Slant VLT, which has been designed exclusively for the Greek market.

On November 2 OPAP announced that following the introduction of a new Video Lottery Terminal (VLTs) regulation by the gaming regulator, the company's Board of Directors has decided that all of the appropriate conditions are now in place to allow OPAP to restart its plans to operate VLT products in Greece.

Following OPAP’s EGM approval of the VLT Concession Agreement on the 3rd of November 2011, the Agreement was executed the following day (4th of November 2011) and HRADF received the upfront payment of €474 million.
