Jul 29, 2002 · The engine is the same as the VG30E (same as in same cams, heads, valves, rods etc) the only difference is the pistons, they have a larger bore, the stroke is the same as the VG30E.

It can be anywhere from 5 to 15 pounds w/ pump gas. That is assuming you're keeping the stock c/r and using an intercooler, which I would even though it's remote mounted.

Jan 13, 2003 · Hi folks, I just bought this car, 160k on the clock, and this series of engines are all new to me. I'm plenty good with the KA series of engines, and I think a lot of the same principals apply here also. Anyways, the car has a pretty rough idle, enough to vibrate the engine, but not severe like a crossed plug wire. When I manually actuate the EGR valve, it smooths down to …
