EMR is a single camouflage pattern, developed at 15 Central Research Institute of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation as a universal pattern. Depending on the color palette, it can be adapted to a variety of terrain conditions with good camouflage properties.

Russian airborne has been the only consistent users of EMR uniforms that I’ve seen. Every other Russian unit just seems to use multicam uniforms with EMR or OD Green kit. I kinda hate how every country is just being funneled to multicam. M81 against Soviet camo was peak aesthetic.
