I jump on board after Mach3 had more bugs than a flea bitten mut, and Mach4 was too green to consider as a option ... so have been a fan for awhile, just quietly in the corner. I've just finished a new machine build (might have taken 2 years of weekends to get here) but she is done.

Mar 28, 2020 · Here is a copy and paste from part of the UCCNC user manual: Homing speed up: Which is a numeric value and sets the feedrate of the motion when homing the axis and when the axis is moving to the home sensor. The Homing feedrate can be equal or lower than the Velocity parameter of the axis. The parameter is defined in Units per minute.

Sep 29, 2024 · Both my x and y axis local zero setting hold when I restart UCCNC. However the z-axis does not.....or at least doesn't consistently hold its setting. This was the case before adding my ATC when I was running Ver. 1.2111 and remains the case after adding my ATC to the system and updating Ver. 1.2113.

Jun 5, 2017 · The file the UCCNC creates is not an .stl, because .stl is a geometry file built from triangles, but CAD/CAM softwares can mostly handle, import point cloud files. The point-cloud file format you can setup in the Tools/probe menu in the UCCNC.

Nov 8, 2018 · Basicly any THC will work with the UCCNC. Even a simple window comparator circuit could work, because the UCCNC has functions implemented inside the software like the pierce delay which is an important thing and which the proma THC has, but even the UCCNC itself has that function.
