TL:DR USJ nomu definitely has the stat line to compete later on in MHA but has some rather obvious flaws in its kit to hang with the big dogs. Like high ends are better than it because they can actually function beyond being a bruiser that has to be ordered around.

It took 300 hits to BFR him, and he was unharmed after all of it, which is pretty insane durability. Speed: HOOD. Hood is matched with Hawks in speed, and faster than Endeavor. USJ was described as fast by All Might, but there's not much else to go off of.
