Sep 8, 2020 · On Friday there was an issue with USAA logins and I locked myself out. Had to call and they reset my pin to login. I can now login but want to change my online login PIN. A web search is not helping with this. The in-app help bot tells me how to change a card PIN, but not how to change the login PIN. Thank you.

I could not reset the connection since apparently USAA shows "fake" account numbers now, so I didn't know which account was the correct account. Now that I've deleted the direct connect, when I attempt to create a new connection, the link for Get Access ID and Pin takes me to a page where the result is: { "error": "invalid_request",

Jul 7, 2023 · My cell phone number changed recently. Tuesday, I recognized that I was locked out of my USAA account due to the need for 2 step verification (linked to the old cell phone). This is absolutely the most inopportune time as I am needing to purchase a vehicle.

Feb 1, 2021 · I can't update my accounts since last week. I deleted, reinstalled got the access ID and Pin. Used USAA new, tried express and DC.

Nov 2, 2020 · I recently upgraded my phone from an iPhone 7 to XR. Previously I was able to logon using a PIN or fingerprint ID. On my new phone I have to enter my ID/password every time and whenever I try to enable quick logon in the app it gets stuck in a loading screen. I tried disabling quick logon on my old phone but this hasn’t helped.

Feb 1, 2021 · Although I have followed all the instructions and am using the newly assigned Access ID and Access PIN, I still cannot get Quicken to connect to USAA's new server. I seem to get hung up when, after entering my Access ID and Access PIN, a screen pops up asking me to enter a PIN (because USAA requires more information).

I have followed all the steps to change my USAA accounts to the NEW USAA. I have my Access ID & PIN. I am using the Direct Connect option.

Jun 1, 2021 · USAA does ask for a security code over the phone to help establish identity. This is a different number than an ATM PIN, and is usually set up when you first open your USAA account.
