Jun 20, 2020 · First you make an account with UPS like u did previously. First way is on the UPS website (desktop site), go to your tracking page while you're login to your UPS account. In the tracking page there will be a boxed rectangle that says: Additional information/ instructions, click that so it will pop up with the "shipment release authorized" option.

Oct 22, 2022 · From my experience.. any package containing a phone requires a signature. If the driver rings or knocks on the door and you’re not responding within that given time (2-3 minutes), most likely it’s another stop the very next day for the next 2 days until we get the signature for the package otherwise it gets RTS.

Also, is the space below the signature where you'd sign? It's my first time ordering something that requires a signature, so I don't know. I definitely didn't sign it, and neither did my neighbor, so I don't understand what's happening. I'm currently asking UPS support about it, they say it was signed by 'MyLastName'.

Mar 16, 2022 · If it's signature required, the driver can't leave the package even if you sign a note. If the driver signs themselves they risk getting fired for falsifying a signature that is required. You can call 1(800) PICK-UPS and see what options are available to you. Such as: electronic signature or even will call.

Aug 8, 2022 · After that, every single package I got an email about said “A signature is required for package delivery” but don’t include the option to “Sign now” (as shown in the “After”). When I sign into UPS My Choice, there’s also no option to pre-sign/authorize the release despite the email saying a signature is required.

Dec 28, 2022 · When the power came back, I had no heat. All HVAC companies are backed up for multiple weeks. I ordered the part I need overnight and is supposed to arrive today. However I work 12-14 hr days and a signature is required. I likely will miss the delivery. UPS says I can’t sign for this electronically as I’ve been able to in the past.

Feb 8, 2023 · If you have UPS My Choice and the shipment matched, it should show "This package requires a signature. Sign Now" when you are signed in and track the shipment. In the app, the option is called "Shipment Release" when you track the shipment. If not, what are the 9th and 10th characters of your tracking number?

Mar 12, 2022 · Hello, I started at ups two weeks ago. I worked by my own record 17 hours in my first week with one shift being a little over 5.5 hours. I worked another 20 hours this week. When my check was direct deposited this Friday the receipt read that it was only 183.xx dollars in my bank account ledger.
