Catalyst is the University of Cincinnati student information system. This online resource and student portal is the entry point to your academic record, university billing, financial aid, and more.

UCFlex is the University of Cincinnati’s core financial and human resources software application. UC employees can sign into UCFlex with a UC username and password.

AnyConnect, UC’s Virtual Private Network (VPN), securely connects you to private or restricted online services on the UC network from off-campus locations. You will need to log into the VPN if you are off-campus and want to access a file stored on a network drive, make a remote desktop connection, or sign into UCFlex, for example.

Log into the Outlook web app with your UC username and password at mail.uc.edu/. You can also install Outlook on your desktop, laptop, and mobile device.

UC’s Volunteer Portal (volunteer.uc.edu) is a resource for both students and employees to find volunteer opportunities across Cincinnati. The Volunteer Portal also allows volunteers to log their service hours, which can then be shared with the Scholarship and New Student Financial Aid Center for the renewal of certain scholarships.

The Bursar Office responsibilities include the billing and collection of tuition, fees, campus housing, and other university-related charges. We also invoice third-party agencies, process student refunds, and collect on all past due student and non-student university debt.
