Sep 28, 2020 · U12A does not fit on glass panel. Dont think so. Noctua C14S or Scythe Mugen 5 are good options though. Likely the the Mugen 5 over the c14s if you're going the glass panel route, as the c14s would be pulling in air from.......a solid glass side panel.

Feb 3, 2021 · Hey guys, looking to make my first SFF build with the nr200p. I'd love to use the glass side panel with the NH-U12A. However, doing some reading I've noticed it will not fit with the tempered glass side panel. If I use shorter, say 4mm motherboard standoffs will it fit?

I tried the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition, the Cooler Master MasterAir MA612 Stealth, the Noctua NH-U12A and the Scythe Fuma 2 on both the Gigabyte B550i Aorus Pro AX and the ASUS B550-I Strix Gaming and the Fuma 2 is the only cooler that doesn't touch the side panel (I never tested TG with any of them).

May 28, 2021 · Good to know i could fit my u12a into an nr200p. Any reason for the 15mm instead of 25mm for bottom intakes? What cou are you using? I've got a ryzen 5 3600 with the same cooler and on cpu z I'm getting 77 degrees. late comment but will it work with the metal side panel without shorter standoffs??

Jul 28, 2020 · Optimum Tech’s most recent nr200 vid shows the nh-u12a installed, which has the same 158mm height as the nh-u12s. The listed spec may refer the restriction imposed by the side bracket, which Ali notes conflicts with the cooler in the aforementioned vid.
