Super Action Statue (超像可動, Chō-zō Kadō), commonly abbreviated as SAS, is a line of collectible figures released by Medicos Entertainment. The line, which debuted in 2009, feature several points of articulation, allowing them to be displayed in various poses.

I'd be very surprised if we ever got a Tusk Act 4 SAS. SAS has so far been limited to figures with human proportions and Tusk Act 4 doesn't really fit that bill. I'd say our best hope would be to get him would be in the Statue Legends line.
