In Tamriel, the decendents of the Tsaesci exist within Rimmen and northern Elswyr, as well as parts of Nibboney and Colovia. They all appear as men.

Since the Tsaesci arrived in Tamriel as an invading army we can assume that 99% of that army was male. This means that the offspring would be Imperial with some minor Tsaesci traits (which Imperial culture holds in high regard).
