Tory Froid, known as Toru Hikawa (氷川透, Hikawa Tōru) in Japan, is a character in the MegaMan NT Warrior anime series. He is the primary operator of IceMan.EXE, though IceMan is shared between him and Tory's father, Seiji Froid.

IceMan.EXE is a NetNavi in the MegaMan NT Warrior anime series, serving as the NetNavi of Tory Froid and although the two of them start out as reluctant antagonists, the both of them eventually become allies with Lan Hikari, MegaMan, and the rest of their friends.
