Jan 4, 2024 · 17 may be in intimate contact with the nerve but it helps that it’s far away from the crown and the furcation. It’s also favorable that there is a ton of missing bone in front of that tooth. The roots can be split rather easily and removed atraumatically. #32 you shouldnt sweat at all if it’s an OMFS doing it and not a general dentist
