Tokelau, which is comprised of three coral atolls, Atafu, Fakaofo and Nukunonu, has been a Trust Territory of New Zealand since 1925 and is substantially dependent on financial assistance from New Zealand [1]. It is situated in the Pacific Ocean, near Samoa.
