Toc-Man (トックマン Tokkuman) are a series of three robots created by Orson to impersonate the design of Pac-Man. While the first Toc-Man is the main antagonist of Pac-Man World, the others play the role of an ally or competitor in later games.

Orson, disguised as Toc-Man, is the main antagonist of Pac-Man World: 20th Anniversary and its 2022 remake Pac-Man World Re-Pac and a major protagonist in Pac-Man World 3. He is a ghost who created a robot suit resembling Pac-Man in an effort to destroy and replace the latter.

Toc-Man is one of the antagonists in the Pac-Man series. He is the creation of Orson, a Ghost who grew up together with Pac-Man and slowly drifted apart as he became more popular.

Dec 3, 2023 · I decided to do My take on Toc-Man’s Design. I know he looks similar to Metal Sonic but who cares! I gave Toc-Man the face of the Ghost Lord from Pac-Man Ghost Zone. I also thought of some concepts of Orson possessing the Robot like in Pac-Man World.

A rather unusual level of Pac-Man World 3, Toc-Man Battle starts as Pac-Man walks through the Outpost to where Orson is waiting for him. Having built a new version of the robot Toc-Man (that Pac-Man calibrated in Banni Wastelands), Orson intends to use it against the invading army.
