T-55AM-1, by a long shot. the TO-55 lacks the Laser Range Finder, APFSDS, ATGM (if you swing that way), Increased Armour, Smoke Grenades, and has slightly worse Power-To-Weight. T55 am 1 is a vastly better purchase and by a huge margin. That composite armour is incredible plus you get atgm and LRF.
