Pablo Hamlet is located in Jacksonville Beach, FL. The 154 one- and two-bedroom units are affordable to households with annual incomes from 30% to 80% of AMI. Smith & Henzy secured competitive 9% LIHTC to rehabilitate and construct Pablo Hamlet. All 104 existing units have a HUD HAP contract.

To build San Marcos Heights, Smith & Henzy successfully secured a $15 million Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Relief from St. Johns County. San Marcos Heights is currently under construction and slated for completion in 2022.
