Feb 20, 2015 · Just make sure to take it with food and drink water, from personal experience i find it taking it with food prevents upset stomach. If you take it with an empty stomach there’s a change you will may feel nausea or even throw up, I took it on an empty stomach and within an hour I threw it up. Make sure to drink water throughout the day as well(:

Aug 10, 2017 · It's not fair, and it's unnecessary. Next time, assuming I live 5 more years, I'm going to sip a half does in the evening and maybe 3/4 dose in the morning. I figure that once I'm as clean as I'm going to get, there's no point in trying to get cleaner, especially if it makes me throw up and not get as clean.

Nov 21, 2020 · I've found that eating 2-3 candied ginger pieces will make queasiness and/or stomach cramps go away in 10-15 minutes, sometimes for an hour or more. A can of ginger ale or coca-cola helps, but not as good as pure ginger. An antacid has sometimes helped. Also, getting up and walking around helps.

My doctor gave me hydromorphone instead, but I thought there must be another way! I didn't vomit for the first 25 doses of Tramadol, but then it became a consistent thing.
