A Haunting in Georgia is the story of Heidi Wyrick, as she and her family struggle to understand Heidi's ability to see the dead. From friendly, childhood spirits -- all the way to darker, more sinister presences. The Wyrick family seek help from both science, and their church.

The Wyrick family—Andy, Lisa, and their daughter Heidi—moving into an old, historic house in the rural area of Ellerslie, Georgia. The family is excited about their new home, but soon after settling in, strange occurrences begin to take place.

It began in February 1989 after her parents, Andrew and Lisa, moved to Ellerslie when she started seeing the friendly elderly apparition of a man named Gordy who played with her on the property.
