At CHAW, we offer youth arts classes in visual arts, dance, music, theater, ceramics and photography for grades K-12. Our After School Youth Arts Program for grades K-5, is an opportunity for each child to tap into their inner artist and create community with their peers.

Mar 8, 2020 · For three months this winter, CHAW’s 2020 Darkroom Artist Resident Carol Antezana worked in the darkroom and digital photographic facilities at CHAW, dedicating time to a project about motherhood, womanhood, and the aguayo — a traditional Bolivian carrying cloth.
Megan Yanik - Capitol Hill Arts Workshop
Dr. Megan Yanik is the Chair of the CHAW Music Department and is the CHAW Faculty Board Representative. She has taught violin and viola to young children and students at the collegiate level for the past 15 years.
