Thales provided us with two EF88 rifles, featuring 16-inch and 20-inch barrels, as well as a current-issue F88SA2 for comparison. The 20-inch EF88 was fitted with the ML40AUS GLA and Thales’ new quadrant sight, a 4x ACOG, and (later) a Harris bipod.
