During a round of Deathmatch, Mercenary only starts with his default weapons, the Pistol and Crowbar, and must pick up other weapons around the map to replace them and get more points. Mercenary was as tall as the Soldier, with a health of 150 and a speed of 107% which makes him equal to the Medic.
