RET Sequencing and Deletion/Duplication - Germline mutations within the RET proto-oncogene cause Multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN 2), with a high lifetime risk of medullary thyroid cancer and pheochromocytoma. This test detects pathogenic variants in the RET proto-oncogene.
