When a player is within the range of a boss, a health bar will appear on the bottom of the player's screen / below the minimap that represents the boss's Health. When there are multiple bosses in the player's range, only the boss that is closest to the player will be shown.

When a player is within the range of a boss or mini-boss, a red health bar will appear on their screen that represents the boss' total remaining health. On the Desktop version and Console version, the bar is displayed at the bottom of the player's screen, while on the Mobile version, it is displayed below the minimap.

The Calamity Mod adds a custom boss health bar that can be toggled via the settings menu. When enabled, this will replace the vanilla boss health bar.

On the PC, Console, Mobile, and tModLoader versions, a boss health bar will appear on the screen. (Note that it will only show the health of the most recently-attacked boss, if there are multiple. This is most prevalent when fighting The Twins.)
