Apr 2, 2018 · IIRC, it's just art from the first fanbook. I don't believe it came with any notes about it so it was likely just an alternative design, not their original one. Plus that's not what Naruto looked like in the manga pilot which was seemed to be from before Sasuke and Sakura was even created, so this doesn't fit him being his original design.
