Te Pou offers a range of e-learning courses to increase the skills and knowledge of people working in the mental health, addiction and disability sectors. E-learning is self-directed learning that ensures everyone receives consistent, high-quality learning experiences.

Te Pou co-ordinates the delivery of health coach training for the integrated primary mental health and addiction programme. The health coach training programmes are delivered through two training providers, Total Healthcare and Health Literacy NZ in cohorts of 10-12 people.
